According to the status of implementing nurse post management in hospital,it is supposed that nurse post management is an important way to build long term high quality nursing service provision.Nurse post management involves post setting,post analysis,post training and assessment.Post management has promoted the improvement of full nursing service and the optimization of nursing process.It is also focuses on nurse's occupation career development,nurse's working enthusiasm and nurse professionalization and team building.
