海南省医防合作提高肺结核患者发现工作评价

Evaluation of TB case finding by general hospitals in cooperation with TB control insitutions in Hainan Province

目的评价海南省结防机构与综合医院合作对提高肺结核患者发现工作的影响。方法收集非结防机构网络报告肺结核患者转诊追踪工作报表,分析肺结核患者网络报告、转诊及追踪情况,评价医防合作对肺结核患者发现的贡献率。结果 2005～2010年,非结防机构肺结核患者报告率在9.0/10万～10.2/10万之间,转诊到位率由27.6%上升到54.2%,追踪到位率由57.7%上升到80.0%,患者总体到位率由47.1%上升到89.3%。非结防机构结肺结核患者发现的贡献率逐年提高,由2005年的15.4%逐年上升到2010年的26.2%。结论通过医防合作,落实转诊及追踪,可明显提高肺结核患者发现水平。

Objective To evaluate the results of pulmonary TB cases finding by general hospital in cooperation with TB control insitutions.Methods The general hospital online report and referral and tracing data were collected and analyzed for evaluate the results of TB case finding activity by general hospitals in cooperation with TB control institutions in Hainan.Results TB cases report rates by general hospital in 2005~2010 were between 09.0/100 000 and 10.2/100 000;The referral arrival rate rose from 27.6% to 54.2% and the successful tracing rate rose from 57.7% to 80.0%.The overall arrival rate rose from 47.1% to 89.3%.TB case detective contribution of general hospital was increasing year by year,from 15.4% in 2005 to 26.2% in 2010.Conclusions The cooperation between general hospital and TB control institutions has promoted the implementation and referral and tracing of TB cases and obviously enhanced detection rate of TB caes.
