深圳市龙岗区2005～2010年血源及性传播疾病流行特征

Epidemic characteristics of blood-borne and sexually transmitted disease in Longgang District of Shenzhen,2005～2010

目的分析2005～2010年龙岗区血源及性传播疾病的发病情况及流行特征,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法运用描述流行病学方法对2005～2010年深圳市龙岗区艾滋病、乙肝、丙肝、淋病及梅毒等血源及性传播疾病资料进行分析。结果 2005～2010年累计发病16 017例,总发病率为513.88/10万,各年发病率分别为89.17/10万、134.57/10万、140.01/10万、71.92/10万、75.39/10万、63.97/10万。5种血源及性传播疾病中,梅毒、淋病、乙肝、丙肝、艾滋病各占41.78%、40.04%、11.04%、5.91%、1.24%。5年来,血源及性传播疾病无明显季节现象;男女比例为1.94:1;工人发病构成比最高,占42%;20～45岁年龄组占84.75%。13个街道均有发病,其中以布吉街道发病数最多,其次为龙岗街道、横岗街道,各占28.14%(4507例)、21.93%(3512例)、14.61%(2340例)。结论 2005～2010年深圳市龙岗区血源及性传播疾病发病率较高,已成为该地区严重的公共卫生问题,应加大防制工作力度。

Objective To determine the epidemic characteristics of blood-borne and sexually transmitted disease in Longgang district,2005～2010,and to provide scientific evidence for developing effective control measures.Methods Data concerning blood-borne and sexually transmitted disease including HIV/AIDS,hepatitis B,hepatitis C,gonorrhea and syphilis in Longgang District of Shenzhen were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results A total of 1 6017 cases were reported within 6 years with the total incidence of 513.88/100 000.The annual incidence rates from 2005 to 2010 were 89.17 / 100 000,134.57 / 100 000,140.01/100 000,71.92/100 000,75.39/100 000 and 63.97/100 000,respectively.The morbidity from high to low in sequence was syphilis（41.78%）,gonorrhea（40.04%）,hepatitis B（11.04%）,hepatitis C（5.91%）,HIV/AIDS（1.24%）.There wasn＇t seasonal peak;the gender ratio was 1.94： 1;most of patients were workers（42%）;20～45 age group accounted for 84.75%.Diseases occurred through 13 blocks in which Buji Block（28.14%）has highest incidence number,followed by the Longgang Block（21.93%）and Henggang Block（14.61%）.Conclusion The incidence of blood-borne and sexually transmitted disease in high at Longgang District of shenzhen City from 2005～2010,which becomes a serious public health problem.Therefore,prevention and control work be strengthened.
