结核病并发剥脱性皮炎型药疹1例分析

Clinical analysis of a tubercullosis patient complicated with drug-induced exfolialive dermatitis

目的继发性肺结核和淋巴结结核患者1例,使用抗结核药和抗菌药物治疗,出现药疹,全身皮肤呈现弥漫性潮红、红斑,多处皮疹出现脓疱、糜烂、面部水肿伴随出现高热,体温最高39.0℃,咳嗽咳痰症状加重,肺部啰音增多,临床诊断为剥脱性皮炎型药疹。经抗感染和抗结核治疗后体温恢复正常,皮疹渐消失,部分脓疱结痂,脱屑,取得良好效果。

A pulmonty and lymphonode tuberculosis patients with manifestations of systemic flush and eongestic flush in the skin,red patches andf pustules,or ercsion,sweUon in face,concomittent with high fever of as high as 39℃ ,cough with sputum, pulmom＇y rales, etc two months after treatment in a hospital and diagnosed as drug-induced exfoliated dertitis. The patient＇s temperature returned normal ,skin rash graddually diappeared,the pustules scabed and scaling after treated with antituberculous drugs antibiotics with santisfactory results.
