摘要
为克服继电-接触器控制故障可能性大、可靠性低、维修量大等一系列问题,介绍了可编程序控制器(PLC)在焦化备煤与筛焦系统中的应用,着重阐述了PLC的选型、设计原则,安装调试中的抗干扰措施。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of relay-contactor control, i. e. more failures, low reliability and huge maintenance, the applications of programmable controller (PLC) for coal-prepara- tion in coking process and coke sieve system are introduced. The se- lection of the PLCs, design criteria and the anti-interference measures in installation and test are emphasized.
