Lenin＇s Theory and Practice on How to Strengthen Ideological Advance Construction of Party in Power

先进性建设是列宁全部党建理论与实践的主题。俄共（布）成为执政党后，列宁始终坚持把捍卫和发展马克思主义作为党的思想建设的根本任务。他加强执政党思想理论先进性建设的全部实践，始终围绕以马克思主义理论武装全体党员的头脑、加强执政党的思想作风建设和正确开展“两条路线的斗争”这样三项具体任务展开。列宁关于执政党思想理论先进性建设的思想与实践对我们更好地建设马克思主义学习型政党，继续深入推进马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化，具有重要意义。

Advance construction is the theme whether in Lenin＇s theory or practice of party construction. Lenin had always regarded defending and developing Marxism as the basic task of the ideological construction of the party since Communist Party of Russia （Bolshevik） became the party in power. All work Lenin had done to strengthen the ideological advance construction of party in power centered on three important tasks such as Marxist theoretical arms, ideological style construction of party in power and ＂two routes struggle＂. It is of great significance for us to learn Lenin＇s theory and practice on how to strengthen the ideological advance construc- tion of party in power in continuously promoting the construction of Marxist study-oriented party and the sini- cization, contemporarization and popularization of Marxism.
