摘要
对质量驱动的产品开发方法进行了介绍,针对我国.仪表行业新产品开发能力薄弱的现状和现代工业仪表设计技术,建立了仪表产品质量驱动的计算机辅助产品开发集成设计系统框架模型.指出该设计系统的关键是实现产品质量功能配置(QFD)、生命周期故障模式与效应分析(FMEA),及产品设计决策系统的集成设计。文末给出了应用实例。
The quality driven method of product development is introduced. Against the current status of the weak developing capability on new products in instrumentation enterprises and the design technology of modem process automation instrumentation the model of computer aided product development integrated design system frame is established. It is stated that implementing quality function deployment (QFD), life period failure failure and Effect analysis (FMEA) and the megrated design of policy making system of product design the critical issue of this design system. The example of practical application is given finally.
