摘要
介绍了曼尼希碱的合成工艺和评价方法。确定了最佳合成工艺条件:醛胺酮摩尔比6∶6∶5,反应温度90℃,反应时间10 h。采用静态失重法,模拟用于炼油厂常减压装置介质条件下对碳20#的缓蚀效果,探讨了甲醛、芳香酮、有机胺为原料时摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明曼尼希碱在该环境下具有良好的缓蚀性能,说明曼尼希碱是一种良好的炼油缓蚀剂。当加入量达到80μL/L时,缓蚀率可达到90%以上。
The synthesis process of Mannich base and evaluation method is introduced. The optimized synthesis process conditions are determined to be : 6:6: 5 of molar ratio of aldehyde, amines and ketone, 90 ~C reaction temperature and 10 hours of reaction time. According to the corrosion inhibition effect on C-20 steel in the simulated corrosion environment of atmospheric-vacuum distillation units, the impacts of molar rati- o, reaction temperature, and reaction time on corrosion inhibition performance when formaldehyde, aromatic ketone and organic amine are used as feed are studied. The results show that, the Mannieh base offers a good corrosion inhibition performance in the simulated corrosion environment and is a good corrosion inhibitor for petroleum refinery operation. When it is added at a dosage of 80 μL/L, the corrosion inhibition rate is over 90%.
