摘要
建设的巨大资金投入和资金匮乏已成为重庆轨道交通发展的瓶颈,能否降低工程造价是制约重庆轨道交通发展的重要因素。通过对在建的地铁1号线、6号线及其支线的工程投资费用比重进行分析,发现土建工程费用是降低工程造价最有潜力可挖的部分,并就如何减少土建工程费用提出合理对策,从而为降低重庆轨道交通工程建设成本提供借签。
High as - built costs and shortage of capitals have become bottle - neck to the development of Chongqing rail transit. Therefore, how to reduce construction costs constitutes a big problem. Authors propose that reducing civil engineer costs can make reducing construction costs possible after analyzing engineering investment costs proportions of subway Line 1 and Line 6 under construction. Reasonable countermeasures to reduce civil engineering costs are presented which will help to reduce the construction cost of Chongqing rail transit.
