顺铂腹腔内灌注联合FOLFOX4方案化疗治护晚期胃癌体会
摘要
胃癌是我国高发肿瘤之一，化疗是晚期胃癌的主要治疗手段。以顺铂及氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）为基础的联合方案是目前常用治疗晚期胃癌的化疗方案，但因不良反应比较大，限制了在老年患者中的应用。近年来第三代铂类药物奥沙利铂（OXA）同顺铂相比抗肿瘤作用强，而消化道反应及肾毒，
