三种非开胸关闭动脉导管的阶段总结

Three interventional methods in closure of patent ductus arteriosus

目的 比较３ 种堵闭动脉导管技术的临床效果。方法 （１） Ｐｏｒｓｔｍａｎｎ 的海绵塞子堵闭法；（２） 带纤毛弹簧圈植入法；（３） Ａｍｐｌａｔｚｅｒ（ 蘑茹伞） 堵闭法。结果 应用Ｐｏｒｓｔｍａｎｎ 法堵闭４５０ 例，弹簧圈植入法３０ 例，Ａｍｐｌａｔｚｅｒ 法６ 例均成功。结论 Ｐｏｓｔａｍａｎｎ 法操作较为复杂，对血管损伤较大，器械均为国产化，费用低廉。弹簧圈只适用于小型动脉导管的堵闭。Ａｍｐｌａｔｚｅｒ 堵闭法方法简单，不限年龄和动脉导管的大小，但价格昂贵，临床使用有一定的限制。

Objective To review the clinical results of three different methods in embolization of PDA.Methods (1) Porstmann's Ivalon plugging method (2) Spring coil (3) Amplatzer ductus occluder. Results We used Porstmann's method in 450 cases, Sping coil 30 cases and Amplatzer occluder 6 cases. All of them were successfully closed.Conclusions Porstmann's method are relatively complicated, but all the equipments can be made domestically. Spring coil method is only used limitedly in small ductus, Amplatzer occluder is simple with no limitation for age and size of ductus but is expensive.
