重症EV71感染诊断与治疗研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来手足口病(Hand,foot,and mouth diseaseHFMD)严重威胁着我国婴幼儿的健康,其发病季节以夏秋季为主,发病年龄以5岁及以下儿童为主。可引起HFMD的肠道病毒有20余种,其中以肠道病毒71型(Enterovirus71,EV71)危害最大。EV71病毒引起的手足口病通常是轻症的、自限性的,
