Research on the simulation and distortion of thermal signals in manufacturing work

研究了机械工作过程的热信号模拟技术 .利用热信号模拟机械热态过程时 ,热信号模拟存在着一定程度的失真 .分析了导致热信号失真的原因 ,提出了减少热信号失真的方法 。

This paper focuses on the simulating technique of thermal signals in manufacturing work. The simulation has certain distortion when thermal signals are used to simulate mechanical thermal process. The reason lies on the heat exchange between the simulator and environment, simulators thermal capacity and joints thermal resistance. By changing input electric power to get needed thermal signals, a method to reduce the distortion of thermal signals is offered and is proved effective with experiments.
