摘要
提出一种电机鼠笼绕组质量的感应检验方法 .该法用两个样条函数 (该函数各有 p个待定参数 )去逼近鼠笼条所感应的电势及该鼠笼条和检验线圈之间的磁导 ,推导出检验线圈所交链的磁链Ψ和 n条鼠笼条电导之间的函数 (含 2 p +n+4个待定参数 ) ,建立了 m个方程 ,最后解出了 n条鼠笼条的电导 。
A inductive checking method for quality of squirrel cage winding is suggested.The method approximates two spline functions (each function includes p numbers of indefinite parameters) to induced electromotive force of bar conductor of squirrel cage and magnetic\|conductance between checking coil and bar conductor of squirrel cage.Then the functional relation (including 2p+n+4 numbers of indefinite parameters) between magnetic flux linkage Ψ of checking coil and n numbers of conductance of bar conductors of the squirrel cage is deduced.Besides m numbers of instantaneous values for Ψ at different moment are measured.Then the m numbers of equations are constructed.Finally, the solutions of conductance of bar conductors of squirrel cage are found out.
