摘要
采用结构通用程序 SAP5对空间网格结构中广泛应用的焊接球节点的节点刚度进行各种不同情况下的有限元分析 ,并引入正交设计的概念 ,通过对大量计算结果的回归分析 ,得到了以球径、壁厚、杆径等为参数的焊接球节点的轴力柔度系数和弯曲刚度系数的通式 。
Stiffness of welded spherical joints have important influence on strength and stability of space reticulated structures. For complication of theoretical analysis and difficult on experiments, stiffness of welded spherical joints applied widely in space reticulated structures are analyzed and computed by finite element approach with SAP5 program, the axial flexibility function f and flexural stiffness k\-e expressions with parameters: joints diameter and thickness, members diameter are attained by regression analysis for lots of compute results, Here ,orthogonal design is accepted. These expression can be adoptde in engineer design.
