摘要
通过对窑内配合料及玻璃液流运动和传热的三维数学模型研究 ,对玻璃液温度场和流场进行了图形模拟 ,将模拟结果与杭州浮法玻璃工业有限公司 3 0 0吨级浮法窑冷修时所拍摄的各部位耐火材料被侵蚀情况照片进行了比较、分析 ,验证了模型的可靠性 。
Based on the research of the three\|dimensional models of glass batch,molten glass flow and heat transfer within glass furnaces,the result of graphic simulation of temperature and velocity fields are given.By comparison with the erosion refractory photos in the cold state of 300 T/d float furnace of Hangzhou Float Glass Industry Ltd.,the reliability of the models is proved.At the same time,the effect of glass temperature and velocity fields distribution on erosion of refractory with in float glass furnace are discussed.
