摘要
介绍了基于光电接近开关的激光技术在动作距离试验中的测量方法,以满足更规范、更高精度的试验要求,实现平行度校准、可见光射线辅助和动作距离测量等多种应用。最后阐述了相位法激光测距仪的基本工作原理和实现方法。
Based on photoelectric proximity switch, the measurement method of operation distance was introduced. This measure methed could meet the test request which more standard and higher precision. It also could achieved several applications including adjust parallel, visible light auxiliary and operation distance measurement, Finally, the phase laser range finder＇s principle and method of realization were described.
