胶带输送巷道粉尘运动规律的数值模拟 被引量:54

摘要 为解决胶带输送巷道粉尘浓度高的问题,获取通风除尘设计的合理参数,改善作业环境,以西石门铁矿提升车间系统11/96胶带输送斜井为研究背景,依据气固两相流理论,运用Fluent软件对胶带输送巷道粉尘运动规律进行数值模拟,并与现场实际的粉尘浓度分布情况进行对比分析,模拟结果与实测数据基本一致。研究结果表明,壁面条件、胶带输送速度及巷道风速是影响胶带输送巷道粉尘浓度的3个重要因素。在通风除尘设计中,最优排尘风速以3 m/s最为合适,粉尘浓度保持在4 mg/m3以内。同时,保持墙面润湿、减小胶带输送速度也能在一定程度上提高降尘效果。 In order to solve the problem of high dust concentration in belt conveyer roadway,obtain rational parameters for the design of dust removal by ventilation,improve working environment,taking 11/96 belt conveyer inclined shaft of ascension workshop system in Xishimen Iron Ore as the research background,based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow,the dust movement was simulated by Fluent software.With the comparison and analysis of field measurement of dust concentration distribution,simulating results were essentially coincident with measured data.The results indicate that wall condition,velocities of belt conveyer and wind are three important factors which impact on dust concentration of belt conveyer roadway.When the velocity of wind in it is the 3 m/s best,dust concentration could keep in 4 mg/m3.Meanwhile,to keep walls moist and decreasing the velocity of belt conveyer could decrease dust concentration too.
