摘要
提出了一种基于EEMD的提升机天轮轴承故障诊断方法,该方法可以有效抑制经验模态分解过程中出现的模态混叠现象,从而提高轴承故障诊断的准确性。该方法的实现过程为:通过时域参数确定天轮轴承是否出现故障,如果出现故障,应用EEMD方法对故障信号进行处理,进而得到能够提取故障频率的Hilbert谱和边际谱,通过故障频率判断轴承故障发生的位置。通过实验验证了该方法的有效性,结果表明,该方法可以消除外界噪声和间歇性冲击的影响,准确提取轴承故障频率从而判断轴承故障的类型,为天轮轴承的检修维护提供依据,保证提升系统的运行安全。
Given a method of the hoist head sheave bearing fault diagnosis based on EEMD,which can efficiently restrain mode mixing during EMD and improve the accuracy of bearing fault diagnosis.The realization process of this method as follows.First,detect the head sheave bearing is fault or not,then use the EEMD to deal with the fault signal if the bearing is fault.After that,we could get Hilbert spectrum and marginal spectrum which can extract the fault frequency and judge the fault position.The effectiveness of this method is given though experiments.This method can eliminate the effects of outside noise and intermittent impact,extract the fault frequency and judge the fault position precisely,give gist for the maintenance of the hoist head sheave bearings,which can ensure the safety operation of the hoisting system.
