Huai＇an is located in the eastern coast of the Great Plains and the junction of the Jianghuai watershed,the Jinghang Grand Canal runs through the abdominal region.So water cultural heritage is an important part of the cultural heritage of Jianghuai region.Excavated in Chuzhou District,Ming and Qing Dynasties Zhuangong walls,heritage conservation and cultural heritage is of great significance.Through the narrative of the protection scheme proposed and implemented,discusses the protection of cultural heritage strategy and the development of ideas.
