校企合作热的冷思考

Cold Thoughts on Hot Cooperation of School and Enterprise

为了改善我国高等职业技术教育长期存在的"理论和实践脱离"的现象,各高职院校纷纷通过"校企合作"这种形式锻炼学生的实际操作能力,尽管取得了一定的成就,但仍存在参与合作企业数量不足、合作缺乏法律保障和合作目标不明确等问题。为此我们可以借鉴发达国家的办学经验,如德国联邦政府支持下的"二元制职业教育模式"、美国法律保障的STW计划和加拿大"行业协会"沟通下的校企合作方式,希冀提高我国校企合作的实效。

For a long time,there exits a gap between theory and practice in our country＇s higher vocational education.To rectify this kind of education model,a policy of ＂cooperation of school and enterprise＂ is adopted in many higher vocational schools to cultivate the students＇ actual operation skills.It does gain some achievements,however,problems still exit,such as,enterprises willing to cooperate with schools are insufficient;there lacks law supporting for the cooperation policy;the aim of the policy is not clear.Focused on these problems,we take some developed countries＇ successful experience for reference,such as ＂ double system vocational education model＂ in Germany,STW Plan in America and cooperation of school and enterprise connected by industry association in Canada,in hope of highlighting the ＂cooperation＂ theory and practice in our country.
