我国加工贸易发展的特征、问题及对策

改革开放三十多年来,加工贸易从小到大,已经发展成为我国对外贸易的主要方式和促进国民经济持续稳定增长的重要推动力量。然而我国的加工贸易发展还面临许多问题和困难,通过对目前加工贸易实践中存在的问题进行分析,提出增强自主创新能力,发展和扶植配套产业,推进加工贸易向中西部地区转移,提高中小企业、民营企业参与程度,积极调整加工贸易政策,完善加工贸易监管模式,以促进加工贸易的转型升级。

With 30 years of reform and opening up,processing trade promotes China＇s foreign trade and national sustainable economic growth.However,the processing trade of our country is still facing many problems.The paper analyzes the existing problems of the processing trade,puts forward to enhance the self-dependent innovation,develops the supporting industry,promotes the transference of the processing trade to the central and western regions,enhances the degree of the participation of the small and medium-sized enterprises,actively adjusts the processing trade policy,improves the processing trade supervision to promote the transformation and upgrading of processing trade.
