巨细胞病毒感染与女性不孕的相关性研究

The Correlation Research Between HCMV Infection and Female Sterility

目的研究巨细胞病毒感染与女性不孕的相关性。方法随机选取了300例女性不孕患者作为研究组,300例孕前健康查体患者作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清中的抗HCMV IgM抗体。结果研究组中45例阳性,阳性率为15.0%;对照组中7例阳性,阳性率2.3%,两组比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论女性不孕症的发生与HC-MV感染有较密切的关系。

Objective To research the correlation between the infection of Human cytomegalovirus（HCMV） and female sterility.Methods 300 female sterility patients were chosed as the study group,300 health patients before pregnancy as the control group randomly.The serum anti-HCMV IgM antibodies were determinated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results There were 45 positive cases in the study group and 7 positive cases in the control group,the positive rate were 15.0% and 2.3% with a significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion The occurrence of female sterility is correlated to the infection of HCMV.
