放射性核素骨显象对乳腺癌骨转移不同分割放疗效果的评价

摘要 目的通过对乳腺癌骨转移患者放疗前后放射性核素骨显像的图像比较分析,评价常规分割和低分割两种不同的放疗方法的疗效。方法对乳腺癌骨转移患者放疗前和放疗后3个月分别进行放射性核素骨显象,由三位临床医师共同阅片得到结果,用SPSS13.0统计软件分析结果得到结论。结果 138例骨转移患者,总608处病灶。脊柱有301处病灶,占49.5%,居于首位,其次是骨盆153处病灶,占25.1%,然后是锁骨和肋骨。3个月放射治疗后乳腺癌骨转移患者骨显像结果显示,常规分割放射治疗78例中的70例属于Ⅰ类,占89.7%;低分割放射治疗60例中的52例属于Ⅰ类,占86.6%。结论常规分割放射治疗组和低分割放射治疗组对乳腺癌骨转移灶的放疗效果无明显差异。 Objetive To evaluate the effect of two radiation methods of conventional fraction and hypofraction,by comparing and analysising the radionuclide bone images of patients having breast cancer with bone metastasis before and after radiotherapy.Methods To take radionuclide bone images for patients having breast cancer with bone metastasis at three months both before and after radiotherapy,and then read and get conclusions by three clinicists.Results 138 cases of breast cancer with bone metastasis,608 focuses in all,including 301 ones in the spinal column taking the most number as 49.5%,and 153 ones in pelvic taking the second most number as 25.1%,and ones in clavicle and ribs.After three months' radiotherapy,the images of patients having breast cancer with bone metastasis showed that in the 78 cases of conventional fraction radiotherapy,there are 70 ones belonging to typeⅠ,taking 89.7% of the whole number;in the 60 cases of hypofraction radiotherapy,there are 52 ones belonging to typeⅠ,taking 86.6%.Conclusions There are no obvious differences between the conventional fraction radiotherapy group and hypofraction radiotherapy group on the radiotherapy effect of breast cancer with bone metastasis.
