Ecological research on college student affairs management is an interdisciplinary topic with a distinct and practical nature of the times.It requires further exploring and summarizing.The Ecologic perspective of the study shows that student affairs management in higher education is faced up with serious ecologic crisis,and the causes are complex.We should innovate and develop the concept of student affairs management according to the basic principle of ecology,thereby,promoting the construction of ecological system of student affairs management and improving the management effect.
