摘要
研制了新型的铌氟化物玻璃体系K_2NbOF_5-MF_3(M=Al,Ga),并进行了IR光谱,Vis-UV光谱、热性质、密度和折射率的测定。对K_2NbOF_5-GaF_3系玻璃还进行了电导率的测试,成份为61K_2NbOF_5·39GaF_3的玻璃,在T=272℃时,σ=2.1×10^(-5)Ω^(-1)·cm^(-1)。Vis-UV光谱测定表明,在玻璃中铌仅以Nb^(5+)离子形式存在,无Nb^(3+)离子。一些样品的红外光谱研究表明,铌氟玻璃的红外透过截止波长为8.0μm。
A kind of new glass of K_2NbOF_5-MF_3(M=Al.Ga)was prepared. Its IR spectra, VisUV spectrum and thermal properties for all samples, and density and zefractive index for some samples were measured. The conductivity of the glass of K_3NbOF_5-GaF2 system was also measured, and the conductivity of the glass (61K_2NbOP_5·39GaF_5)is 2.1×10^(-5)Ω^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 272℃. The Vis-UV spectrum shows that niobate ions exist as Nb^(5+) ions, but there are no Nb^(3+) ions in the glass. The IR cut-off wavelength of some semples is about 8.0μm.
