Design of the automatic monitoring system of weights and measures for feeding

设计了一种斗秤加料自动监控系统,包括系统硬件、控制程序、监控程序和控制程序。该系统的控制核心是S7-200PLC,监控软件采用国产软件组态王。该系统能够实现的功能为:斗秤自动进料控制、自动下料控制、斗秤满信号显示和斗秤空信号显示,并且能够使用组态王进行组态监控。该系统的特点为:技术先进,操作界面清晰直观,操作方便简单,结构简单,造价低廉,可靠性高。

In this paper,we designed a automatic monitoring system of weights and measures for feeding,the system including the system hardware,software,the monitoring program and the control program.The controlling-core of the system is S7-200PLC.The monitoring software use KingView designed by China.The system has the following functions：the automatic feeding-control on weights and measures,the automatic yummy treats-control,the automatic display of signal-full on the weights and measures and the automatic display of signal-empty on the weights and measures the weights.It uses KingView to carry on the configuration monitoring the system.The system had the following specialists： advanced techonoligy,clear and viewability operatorring interface,easy operation,simple structure,cheap price and high reliability.
