高校实验室文化建设问题的探讨

高校实验室文化是校园文化的重要组成部分。实验室文化建设所体现的科学、和谐的环境氛围和积极活跃的学术氛围正是实验室管理上水平和大学办学显特色的必然要求。在分析实验室文化建设意义的基础上,给出了实验室文化建设内涵,并结合作者所在单位详细破解了实验室文化育人环境建设的实践过程。高校实验室文化建设的工程化破解与实践为同类实验室文化建设提供了可移植性的思路和可示范性的目标,并取得了很好的效果。

The university＇s laboratory culture plays a key role in university culture.Laboratory culture is the centralized reflection of the harmonious environment and active academic atmosphere,and laboratory culture construction is especially important for the setting up high-level management and cultivating laboratory characteristic.In this paper,the significance of university＇s laboratory culture construction was analyzed,the meaning and basic connotations of laboratory culture were given,the exploration and practice process of laboratory culture construction also was discussed.Engineering-oriented exploration and practice on construction of university＇s laboratory culture can be used for reference.
