摘要 探讨了高炉矿渣作为原料应用到无碱玻璃纤维配合料的可行性。通过对高炉矿渣原矿物相分析、配合料高温显微镜分析、配合料熔制过程的物相分析,研究了高炉矿渣对无碱玻璃熔制过程结构的影响。结果表明:高炉矿渣的引入,将促进玻璃的熔制,但在中后阶段富Mg相将引起玻璃析晶的危险。 The feasibility of using blast furnace slag as raw material added to non-alkali glass fiber batch was studied. The influence of blast furnace slag on the melting process of non-alkali glass was also investigated. The results have shown that blast furnace slag may promote glass melting, whereas the rich Mg phase at later stage may cause the danger of crystallization.
