摘要
随着玻璃纤维织造业同国际接轨,市场呼唤入纬率高、用工少、质量稳定可靠的剑杆织机。笔者分析了目前国内外玻璃纤维剑杆织机技术状态与运动特性。根据剑杆运动规律和玻璃纤维性质,以GA1724型剑杆织机为例,实施了取消引纬剑道导钩以提高织造效率的技术;同时探讨了剑头、剑带、剑带轮等部件以及引纬工艺的改进;同时提出要注重剑杆织机满足玻璃纤维特性要求,最终综合提高剑杆织机织造效率及技术水平。
With the gearing of China's glass fiber weaving technology to the international practice,the market calls for rapier looms allowing for high weft insertion rate,less labor demand and reliable product quality. The authors of this paper analyzed the current technologies and motion characteristics of glass fiber rapier looms at home and abroad. Based on the rules of rapier movement and the nature of glass fiber, and taking GA1724 rapier loom as an example,the authors employed the technique of eliminating the rapier path guide hook to enhance the weaving efficiency,explored the improvement of components such as rapier head,rapier tape and tape pulley as well as the weft insertion process,and stressed that rapier looms should meet the specific requirements of glass fiber so as to improve their weaving efficiency and technical level.
