摘要
根据光谱功率分布的理论及检测原理,设计了针对高功率LED光源的检测设备,并对检测数据进行了分析,得出高功率LED光源在有光纤束连接的情况下光谱功率分布的展宽随波长的不同而不同,且光纤束会降低光源色温的结论。
The authors designed a testing apparatus for the Hi-power LED illuminator based on the theory and the testing principle for spectral power distribution, and analyzed the data from the tests, coming to a conclusion that when connecting with a fiber bundle, the broadening of the spectral power distribution of the LED illuminator varies with the wavelength,and the color temperature would be lowered by the fiber bundle.
