College advisors have a lot more communication with students and are usually closer to them than other managerial staff,so they play a crucial role in cultivating students＇ moral feelings.In doing the job,advisors must stick to the people-oriented principle and principles of dominance,practicality and openness,take advantage of various social activities,typical social events and traditional festivals and use all kinds of incentives.
