加强就业指导课程改革,提升学生就业能力是当前高校教育工作者的重要任务。"8+X+1"就业指导课程体系改革力图从职业发展、就业技能训练、实战演练等方面进行探索与创新,激发学生主动性,将普适性就业指导与多元需求的个性化辅导相结合,促进学生职业素养发展。
An important task that current college educators face is to intensify career guidance curriculum reform so as to improve students＇ employability.The ＂8＋x＋1＂ system is an innovative attempt at college students＇ career development,employment skills training and actual practice,aiming to motivate students and combine universality with individuality in their career counseling to promote college students＇ professional quality.
