中西医结合治疗缺血性中风临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ischemic Apoplexy Treated by Integrated Therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine

以自拟“宁风汤”(黄芪、赤芍药、防风、沉香、牛膝、胆星、远志、首乌、桃仁、全蝎等)为主,结合常规西药治疗38例缺血性中风恢复期患者,30天为一疗程。结果:临床综合疗效和各项症状疗效均优于单纯西药对照组(P<0.05);对高血压的疗效分别为85.7%和80%(P>0.05);对伴有高脂血症、糖尿病者有降低血脂、血糖的疗效(P<0.05)。提示加用宁风汤能促进缺血性中风者的神经功能恢复,并有明显降血脂、血糖及血压作用。

cases of ischemic apoplexy in convalescence were treated with self designed “Wind Quietening Decoction”(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Ledebouriellae,Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Arisaema cum Bile,Radix Polygalae,Radix Polygoni Multiflori,Semen Persicae,Scorpio,ect.)fundamentally,in combination with routine western medications,with 30 days as one course of the treatment.The results showed that the clinical and comprehensive therapeutic effect and the therapeutic effect for various symptoms were better than those in the control group with simple medications( P <0.05),that the therapeutic effects for hypertension were respectively 85.7% and 80%( P >0.05),and that there was also the therapeutic effect to decrease blood lipid and sugar in the patients with hyperlipoprotenemia and diabetes( P <0.05),indicating that additional application of “Wind Quietening Decoction”can promote restoration of the nerve function in the cases with ischemic apoplexy and can have the remarkable effect to reduce blood lipid,blood sugar and blood pressure.
