摘要
调查表明,在校大学生在思想观念和行为表现上呈现出明显的年级差异。随着年级的增长,大学生总体上认知逐步由模糊到清晰,情感和目标逐步由理想到现实,思想逐步由简单到成熟,行为逐步由感性到理性。应针对不同年级的大学生开展分阶段、分层次的教育和管理。
Surveys show college students from different grades show marked difference in their thinking and behavior.In general,their perception grows from obscure to distinct with the grade,their feelings and objectives from idealistic to realistic,their thinking from simple to mature and their behavior from emotional to rational.Colleges and universities must phase in education and management of students hierarchically,giving consideration to the grade.
