摘要
观察强力天麻杜仲胶囊治疗风痰瘀血型缺血性中风40例的疗效,均于确诊后14～60天内服药,观察治疗30天。结果:基本痊愈2例,显效9例,有效24例,无效5例,总有效率875%。提示该药对缺血性中风恢复期的临床神经功能改善有效,并能改善血球压积,降低血粘度。
In order to observe the therapeutic effect of “Powerful Gastrodia Eucommia Capsule”in treating 40 cases of wind phlegm and blood stasis pattern of ischemic apoplexy,administration of the medicine was ordered orally 14～60 days after the diagnosis was confirmed and the observation lasted for 30 days.The results showed basic recovery in 2 cases,remarkable effectiveness in 9 cases,effectiveness in 24 cases,failure in 5 cases and the total effective rate being 87.5%,indicating that this medicine can effectively improve the clinical nerve function,improve hematocrit and reduce blood viscosity in the restoration stage of ischemic apoplexy.
