摘要
加强教师队伍建设是教育发展的理性诉求。目前,师资紧缺是广西边境民族地区的办学瓶颈,数量、质量和结构三重矛盾并存。如何加强广西边境民族地区教师队伍建设?理论和实践证明,教师队伍的建设是一项复杂的系统工程,既要完善政策机制建设,也要加强内部管理,同时还要立足于教师专业的特殊性和边境民族地区的特殊性。
Strengthening the construction of teachers is the rational appeal of the educational development.The shortage of teachers is the bottleneck of school in Guangxi border ethnic areas,which coexists of triple contradictions among quantity,structure and quality.How to strengthen the construction of teachers in Guangxi border ethnic areas? Theories and practices have proved that the construction of teachers is a complex project,which need to improve the construction of policy mechanisms,but also to strengthen the internal management,even based on the particularity of teacher profession and frontier minority areas.
