Strengthening the construction of teachers is the rational appeal of the educational development.The shortage of teachers is the bottleneck of school in Guangxi border ethnic areas,which coexists of triple contradictions among quantity,structure and quality.How to strengthen the construction of teachers in Guangxi border ethnic areas?
