金钱通淋口服液治疗泌尿系感染

Urinary Infection Treated with “Lysimachia Stranguria Relieving Oral Liquid”

为观察金钱通淋口服液(金钱草、石苇、海金沙、忍冬藤、白茅根)治疗泌尿系感染下焦湿热型淋证(急性膀胱炎、急性肾盂肾炎、慢性肾盂肾炎急性发作)的疗效,按照随机、双盲、对照方法分为治疗组、对照组(尿感宁冲剂)各40例,观察2周为一疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率87.5%,无明显不良反应;对照组总有效率65%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。

In order to observe the therapeutic effect of“Lysimachia Stranguria Relieving Oral Liquid”(Herba Lysimachiae,Folium Pyrrosiae,Spora Lygodii,Caulis Lonicerae,Rhizoma Imperatae)in the treatment of stranguria due to damp and heat in the lower energizer in urinary infection(acute cystitis,acute pyelonephritis,acute seizure of chronic pyelonephritis),the observation was conducted for two weeks as one course of the treatments in the treatment group and the control group(“Urinary Infection Eliminating Granules”),with 40 cases in each group,set up based upon random and double blind methods.The results showed the total effective rate in 87.5%,with no obvious bad reaction,in the treatment group and in 65% in the control group,with a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05)
