摘要
分别采用切开引流术、瘘管切除缝合术及隧道式对口拖线引流术等手术方法,治疗87例复杂性肛瘘,均获治愈。并对3种手术方法的疗效、适应症及操作要求予以分析评述。
Recovery was obtained in the treatment of 87 cases of complex anal fistula respectively by incision and drainage operation,fistula resection and suture operation and tunnel contra aperture thread drainage operation.Besides,the therapeutic effect,indications and operation requirements were analyzed and commented.
