摘要
选取大白猪(加×美)二元杂种猪32头,仔猪3~4周龄断奶,保育到8周龄。随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ组,分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+12%苦荞、基础日粮+3%苜蓿、基础日粮+6%苜蓿+1%葛根,试验期内在同一条件下进行饲养试验对其育肥性能、屠宰测定及肉质品质进行测定。试验结果表明:12%苦荞能有效提高外二元猪育肥效果,提高饲料报酬,有助于提高猪的瘦肉率,显著提高猪肉间脂肪沉积;3%的苜蓿能提高猪育肥效果,节省饲料成本,对猪的背膘厚和皮厚略有降低作用,但会降低猪肉的脂肪沉积水平;添加1%葛根有助于提高生猪对饲料中营养物质的吸收与利用。
Based on similar body weights,32 of Hybrid of 8 weeks weanling pigs were chosen,and they were randomly allocated into four dietary treatments:Ⅰ(basic diet);Ⅱ(basicdiet+12% F.tataricum);Ⅲ(basic+3% Medicago sativa),Ⅳ(basic+6% Medicago sativa+1% Radix Puerariae Lobatae).The pigs were fed in the same condition.After 98 days,the Fattening and Slaughtered performances were measured.The results showed that the differences were significant between treatmentⅡ,and treatmentⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅳin average daily gain,the area of muscular apparatus and pork marbling.Treatment Ⅲ reduced fattening performances and level of fatty deposition.To add 1% Radix Puerariae Lobatae can improve the hybrd pigs' abilities on nutrient absorption and utilization.
