若干生物医用材料的设计、制备及性能研究

摘要 围绕国家重大需求和临床急需解决的重大科学问题,设计构建了系列胶原基引导组织再生(GTR)材料、组织工程支架材料、纳米药物载体、纳米金阵列和改性电极等生物医用材料,研究了材料组成和结构与生物学性能和效应等的相关性,为新型胶原基功能性GTR材料和组织工程支架材料的基础研究、临床应用,实现高效低毒肿瘤治疗及合理设计,制造纳米生物器件提供了科学依据,对于推动相关学科的发展意义重大,对于经济建设和社会发展产生了重要影响。
