转变经济发展方式背景下区域产业竞争优势持续升级机制研究——基于“钻石模型”的反思和西部地区的实证

Research on Mechanism of Sustained Upgrading the Competitive Advantage of Regional Industry in Transformation of Economic Development Mode——Based on the Reflection of "Diamond Model" and Evidences from the Western China

围绕如何形成区域产业竞争优势持续升级的自我强化内生机制,反思波特的"钻石模型"以及进行相关数学证明,从构成要素和动态演进路径两个角度提出并进一步阐述"履带模型"的构建思路。案例实证着眼西部地区,运用"履带模型"分析框架,针对区域产业竞争优势升级问题,以内江制糖产业和夹江陶瓷产业为例从正反两面论证。最后,从系统构成和时序阶段两个角度,提出了推进区域产业竞争优势升级的应用建议。

Around how to form the self-reinforcing endogenous mechanism of sustained upgrading the competitive advantage of regional industry,with suspicion to Porter＇s ＂Diamond Model＂ and mathematical proof,this article proposes and further explains the thinking of ＂Track Model＂ construction from the perspective of elements and dynamic evolution path.In the case study in Western China,it takes the sugar industry in Neijiang and the ceramic industry in Jiajiang as the example to analyze the problem of upgrading the competitive advantage of regional industry from both sides of the argument with ＂Track Model＂.At last,the application advice to upgrade the competitive advantage of regional industry is proposed from the perspective of system constitution and the sequence in time.
