摘要 IGF项目结构理论研究在二维和三维横机编织针织间隔织物(AFGS)模型的基础上,为提高矫形器的生产性、功能性和质量提供了重要的前期准备。这项研究结果使得中小规模横机针织厂与矫形器生产厂家合作,生产出能满足材料加工和负荷需要的AFGS半成品进而转换成成品,这些厂家也成为了市场上能生产高性能纺织结构产品的生产厂家。 A result of the research within the framework of the IGF Project 15580BR is that significant prerequisites could be created for a clear improvement of the manufacturing, the functionality and the quality of orthoses on the basis of 2D and 3D mold-adapted flat-knitted spacer fabrics (AFGS). The research results give the small and medium-sized businesses of the flat-knitting industry in cooperation with orthoses manufacturers the possibility to carry out their own developments of AFGS semi-finished products, which meet the demands for material processing and load, to implement them into products and to present themselves as manufactur- ers on the market for innovative textile structures with a high functionality.
