摘要
聚丙烯非织造布的晶型和结晶度对温度变化敏感,材料的各项性能与其密切相关。在不同温度下对聚丙烯熔喷非织造布进行热处理,并进行电晕放电驻极,对热处理后聚丙烯熔喷非织造布的结晶结构和性能进行研究。结果表明:随着热处理温度的升高,聚丙烯熔喷非织造布的晶型由拟六方晶型逐渐向α晶型转变,结晶度和晶粒尺寸也随之增大;热处理温度对聚丙烯熔喷非织造布的强力及伸长率、透气性、表面静电势和过滤性能均有较大影响;110℃下热处理的聚丙烯熔喷非织造布的驻极性能和过滤效能最好。
The crystalline form and crystallinity of PP nonwovens were sensitive to change of temperature, various properties of the material were relative to them closely. PP mehblown nonwovens were heat treated at various temperature and be operated corona discharge electret. The crystal structure and property of the heat treated PP mehblown nonwovens were studied. The results demonstrated that by rising the heat treatment temperature, the crystalline form of PP meltblown nonwovens changed from quasi-hexagonal to a-crystalline form gradually and crystallinity and crystal grain size increased. Heat treatment temperature had greatly effect on strength and elongation rate, breathability, surface electrostatic potential and filtration efficiency of PP meltblown nonwovens. The electret property and filtration effect of PP melt- blown nonwovens treated at 110 ℃ were excellent.
