摘要 介绍了废革胶原纤维水刺非织造布的生产工艺,研究了水刺压强、水刺道数和输网帘速度三个工艺参数对产品性能的影响。研究结果表明:废革胶原纤维水刺非织造布的断裂强力、缠结系数和平均孔径随着水刺压强的增大和水刺道数的增加均呈现先增大后下降的趋势;随着输网帘运行速度的提高,产品的断裂强力和缠结系数呈现下降趋势,平均孔径则逐渐增大。 The spunlace production process for waste leather collagen fibers was described. The influence of spunlace pressure and spunlacing numbers and conveyor speed on performance of product were discussed. The results showed that the breaking strength, entanglement coefficient and average pore size of waste leather collagen fiber spunlaced nonwovens increase at first and then decrease by enhancement of spunlace pressure product and e and spunlac ntanglement ing numbers. By increase of conveyor speed, the breaking strength of the coefficient would be trend to decrease and the average pore size would increase gradually.
