基于模糊理论镗铣动力头工作性能的研究

Study on the Performance of Machining Spindle Based on Fuzzy Theory

针对正确评价镗铣动力头工作性能的问题,本文通过模糊理论多目标评价方法,结合镗铣动力头设计制造和应用方面的专业经验,构建了镗铣动力头工作性能评价的数学模型,并根据多年积累的实际评价指标,证实了该方法的可行性。

For the correct evaluation of the performance of machining spindle,this paper establishes mathematical model for evaluating the performance of machining spindle by fuzzy theory multi-objective evaluation methods and combining the professional experience for designing,manufacturing and application.And the practicability of the approach has been demonstrate in accordance with the practical evaluating indicators as accumulated over the past years.
