光学压力测量校准研究

A Study of Pressure Sensitive Paint Calibration Test

摘要 基于光学压力测量技术的基本原理,对自组建测量系统和ISSI成品化测量系统分别进行校准试验,经过对试验结果的对比,得到光学测压过程中图像采集系统的性能和设置会对试验结果有一定的影响,其采集的光强度和对干扰光的过滤是影响校准和处理精度的关键因素。所采集到的图像信噪比越大,获得的压敏涂料校准曲线斜率越大,线性度越好。 Based on the basic principle of PSP measurement technique,we have finished the PSP calibration test by our built measurement system and ISISI measurement system respectively,through the comparison of the test results,we find the different CCD camera performance have different result to the calibration test,the acquisition of the light intensity and interference light filter are the key factors to the processing precision.The greater image signal to noise is,the greater slope of the pressure-sensitive paint's calibration curve is.
