摘要
文章介绍了NFM盾构主驱动系统的实际配置,分别从电机、马达及减速箱对刀盘所能产生的扭矩进行计算,并通过对减速箱疲劳强度的校核确定了驱动系统中的减速箱是最薄弱部件。最后通过增加两个减速箱进一步提高了盾构的驱动扭矩,拓宽了盾构对不同地区地层的适应性。
In this paper the actual configuration of the main drive system of NFM shield is introduced,the torque of the cutter derived from moter and gear box is calculated,fatigue strength of gear box is checked,all these draw a conclusion: The gear box of drive system is the weakest part.Finally,the driving torque of the shield is improved by adding two gear boxes,the adaptability in different stratum is expanded.
