摘要
以苯胺、甲醛、乙酰丙酮为原料,通过Mannich反应合成一种新型曼尼希碱。结果表明,新型曼尼希碱的最佳条件为:苯胺∶甲醛∶乙酰丙酮的物质的量配比为1∶1∶1,反应温度为80℃、盐酸加入量为0.02 mol、反应时间为6 h。分别采用失重法和电化学方法研究了曼尼希碱缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能,在25℃,1 mol/L的盐酸溶液中,对碳钢的缓蚀率达92.3%以上。对其缓蚀机理进行了初步的探讨,认为合成的新型曼尼希碱是以抑制阳极为主的混合型缓蚀剂。
Mannich base was synthesized with aniline,formaldehyde,acetyl acetone via Mannich reaction.The results showed that when the mass ratio of aniline,formaldehyde and acetyl acetone was 1∶1∶1,reaction temperature was 80 ℃,the addition amount of hydrochloric acid was 0.02 mol,reaction time was 6 h.At 25 ℃,we tested the inhibitive performance of Mannich base to carbon steel by weight loss and electrochemical in 1 mol/L HCl,the inhibition efficiency can reach 93.2%;The corrosion mechanism of Mannich base and regard the inhibitor of Mannich base as the mixed-type corrosion inhibitor which was mainly to control the anode.
