摘要
采用粉煤灰制备聚合氯化铝铁。该方法共分为酸浸、盐基度调整、干燥3个阶段。最佳工艺条件为:酸浸阶段酸溶温度95℃,盐酸浓度20%,反应时间2 h,料液比(酸/粉煤灰)3 mL/g;盐基度调整阶段铝酸钙加量0.20 g/mL,反应温度85℃。在此条件下,测得固体产品中Al3+含量为28.4%,Fe3+含量为3.0%。
PAFC was prepared from fly ash.It included three stages which were acid leaching,the adjustment of basicity and dryness.The best technological conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 95 ℃,acid concentration 20%,reaction time 2 h,the ratio of the materials 3 mL/g,the addition amount of calcium aluminate 0.20 g/mL.Under this condition,the content of Al3+ was 28.4%,the contents of Fe3+ was 3.0%.
